Therapy services focus on mental health and emotional healing. Therapy can help with challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, trauma, and navigating difficult life experiences. Sessions provide a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns with the support of a trained and licensed professional. In therapy, the therapist is considered to be the expert to assist with mental and emotional distress and disorders.
Coaching services are future focused and goal oriented. Coaching is ideal for individuals who want support with personal development, life direction, motivation, career goals, confidence building, or creating meaningful change. Coaching emphasizes practical strategies, accountability, and growth. In coaching, the client is the expert and works alongside a Coach to maximize their personal and professional potential.

We support a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, grief, self-esteem, anger issues, life transitions, and personal growth goals. We are here to support you breathing easier, heal, and grow for a meningful life.

Your first session is an initial assessment where we’ll discuss your history, current needs, and goals. This session gives you the chance to explore how therapy or coaching works, review office policies, privacy, confidentiality, and determine if you feel comfortable and supported by your therapist or coach.

Therapy and coaching sessions are typically 45-50 minutes via telehealth (virtual) platform. We encourage consistency with sessions until therapy or coaching goals are met.

We provide therapy and coaching services to adolescents (13+), adults, and seniors. Our approach is warm, respectful, supportive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Just Breathe Counseling & Coaching Inc., offers private pay services which means you will pay for each therapy session yourself. We do provide superbills as an “OUT OF NETWORK” (OON) service for your insurance to then reimburse you personally.
Yes, we offer sliding scale rates based on your household income.
If you would like to be considered, you may request a sliding scale form as part of your intake application. Sliding scale rates are approved for one year from the start of therapy or coaching services beginning and are reviewed annually based on your service start date. -
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. This helps us offer your session time to someone else while keeping your care on track. We’re here to work with you and will do our best to accommodate any changes when needed.

Yes! We offer a 15 minute free consultation where you can ask questions, share a brief overview of why you’re seeking support, and learn how therapy or coaching can best meet your needs. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and see if we’re the right fit for you.

The cost of therapy varies depending on the type of service provided, session length, and whether you are using insurance or private pay options. At Just Breath Counseling & Coaching Inc., we are committed to making quality mental health care accessible and will gladly discuss fees, payment options, and insurance coverage during your consultation session.
